To make an order with CiderBods you need to be 18 or older. By placing an order, you are confirming you are 18 or older. It is illegal for anyone to buy alcohol if they are under 18, or for us to sell to an under 18.
When you provide CiderBods with your credit or debit card details you are confirming that you are either the card holder, or that you have permission from the card holder to use the card to order from us.
When you subscribe to CiderBods we take £48 from your bank account just before sending you 12 bottles of real cider.
You can sign up for a subscription CiderBods at any time. We only take your money just before we send out the 12 ciders.
We’ll send you a reminder when your delivery is due so you know when to expect it
If you are buying a gift, you pay in advance, either £48 for a 12 week supply or £96 for 24 weeks. It’s a one off payment.
We’ll email you a gift voucher for you to give to the lukcy person in you life for whom you are buying the gift. They will love it! . They redeem their gift online.
Payments made to CiderBods on our website are managed securely by PayPal and GoCardless. They have their own legal agreements and terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order. If we do, we’ll explain why and if you have paid, we will refund your money.
Post and packing is included in all of our prices. We will let you know when to expect your delivery.
If your order goes missing, or is damaged, we will send you replacements.
We take your privacy very seriously and will only pass your details on to third parties when it is necessary to fulfil your order, for instance provding you address to the courier firm so they know where to deliver.
Any promotion, discount or voucher we provide is for single use only and not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or voucher unless otherwise advised.
We reserve the right to change or withdraw products offered and that are displayed on our website without notice. Images of selections used on the website are indicative only.
